About Harshad Bele

Harshad Bele has himself been a Class I gazetted officer and served with the Central Reserve Police force as an Assistant Commandant (Dy.S.P) after clearing the Union Public Service Commission examination in his first attempt at the age of 21.

At a very young age sir has been training students to become efficient and effective officers of the motherland since more than seven years and has a vast experience in the field of competitive examinations. With enormous following throughout the State of Maharashtra Sir has been encouraging, guiding and counselling students in various faculties of knowledge.

Connect India for Administrative Studies is the brainchild of Harshad Bele Sir and the name itself suggests sir's vision to connect Accountable Officers of the country to the North - South and East - West extent of India. Sir believes that studying for competitive examinations is studying for a better India and hence at Connect India Sir has always focused on training his students as officers right from the very first day.

  • Director – CONNECT INDIA for Administrative studies IAS institute.

  • Founder of the Indigenously made Smart E-Toilet. ( First in the Country under the Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan ).

  • Council Member - Forum for Integrated National Security (FINS).

  • Director- Business Development and HRM at S.S.Enterprises, Nashik.

  • Worked as an Assistant Commandant - CRPF (D.Y.Sp -Central Government) with the Home Ministry of India in 2011.

  • Represented the Indo-Japanese Delegation for the United Nations Human Rights Council Conference – Youth Wing on Abolition of Death Penalty held in Pune.

  • Worked as a Special Police Officer with Pune Police in 2010-11.

  • Worked at the Tahsil office at Mukhed Taluka, Nanded district in Maharashtra and Jhabua Adivasi District in Madhya Pradesh. (Village development survey team.)

  • Has Taught various subjects such as History, Public Administration, International Relations and its impact in India, Personality Development skills, Communication Skills, Reading and writing skills, interview skills to students preparing for various Competitive Examinations in Delhi, Pune, Mumbai and Nashik.

  • Taught social sciences and The Constitution to students to the students of Technical Institutes all over the country

  • Youngest Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary in Maharashtra and the second youngest in India (At the age of 16).

  • Completed combat and jungle training at CRPF Academy, Gurgaon.

  • Cleared the UPSC Central Armed Police Forces Examination at the age of 21 with an All India Ranking – 182.

  • Scholarship from Rotary International at the age of 15.

  • NCC “C” certificate holder.

  • All India 15th rank holder in Cyber Olympiad.

  • Represented Maharashtra Indoor Cricket team as a captain.

  • Honorary Award holder in Statistics from the University Of New South Wales, Australia

  • Gold Medallist in Economics and Business Administration.
